Morro Bay is the perfect place to rent a paddle board or kayak and explore the bay. We love seeing all the sea life. You will get to see Sea Otters, Sea Lions, Fish, Pelicans and more! We highly recommend adding this to the list of fun activities to try on your visit.

The Galley is one of our favorite restaurants on the Central Coast. If you love fresh seafood, this is the place to go! We love to go for dinner because it is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Montaña de Oro State Park

The MDO bluffs trail is our absolute favorite place to sight see here on the Central Coast. There are hiking trails and walking trails to choose from. If the tide is low you will get to see all kinds of wildlife up on the shore! We highly recommend.

Cayucos Pier

Pacific Ave, Cayucos, CA 93430, USA

Cayucos is one of the last sleepy beach towns on the California Coast. It is also the hometown of our lovely bride Tru! This town means so much to us and we really hope you get an opportunity to check it out. We love to check out all the unique antique shops scattered around the town, along with all the cute restaurants right up on the beach.

Cayucos Shipwreck

The Cayucos shipwreck is a staple sight seeing adventure if you are looking to explore the Cayucos tide pools and bluffs.

Brown Butter Cookie Company

If you have the chance to visit Cayucos, you absolutely have to try the famous Brown Butter Cookie Company. They have the best cookies in the county. But don't worry! If you can't make it to Cayucos, they have one in downtown SLO too!

Avila Valley Barn

Avila Valley Barn is such a fun place to visit. They have tons of farm animals you can feed and pet, along with a market with local produce. We love to get a slice of pie and sit on the picnic benches. They have an ice cream shop as well. Avila Barn will likely be getting ready for Fall time so you might get to see the hundreds of pumpkins that will be growing!

Moonstone Beach Boardwalk

If you have the chance to drive a little further up the coast from Cayucos, you will find another beach town called Cambria. It has beautiful beaches and the sight seeing is incredible. Moonstone Beach is also where Jonah proposed to Tru. She said yes!
